firmenwatch.ch reads official register publications and groups them into four kinds of change. Status and insolvency covers bankruptcy, composition proceedings, liquidation, dissolution and deletion. Management covers officers joining or leaving, new functions, signing authority and auditors. Identity covers the company name, seat, address and legal form, and structure covers capital changes, mergers and demergers. Urgent cases such as a bankruptcy come first in the task list.
