Pricing questions
What counts as a company?
A company counts when you open its full profile, export it to CSV, read it through a list feed, the REST API or an AI assistant (MCP), or send it to your CRM.
Does a company count again if I open it twice?
No. A company counts once per calendar month, however often you open it again and through whichever channel you read it.
Which plan should I choose?
Count the companies you expect to contact or add to your CRM in a month, and pick the plan that covers them. Opening a company again that month costs nothing. If you run short, an upgrade applies at once and you pay the prorated difference.
Does browsing use my allowance?
No. Your list tables, the company directory, search, similar companies and the signal feed are free to browse. The allowance is spent only when you take a company out of Prospex.
When does the allowance reset?
On the 1st of each month, Swiss time. Companies you did not use do not carry over to the next month.
What happens when I reach my limit?
The remaining companies are held back until the allowance resets on the 1st. The companies you already took this month stay available, and you can upgrade at any time to raise the limit.
How do I change plans?
From your account page, which opens Stripe's customer portal. An upgrade applies at once, and you pay the prorated difference for the rest of the period. A downgrade applies at your next renewal.
How do I cancel?
Cancel at any time from your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Part-months and unused time are not refunded.
Which currencies can I pay in, and is VAT included?
Swiss francs or euros, whichever you choose when you subscribe. Prices exclude VAT and any other taxes that apply. Stripe processes the payment.
What does the free account include?
A free account builds 1 list from a description of your ideal customer and shows its first 10 companies. It can take 20 companies a month, for example by exporting them or reading them through an AI assistant. No card is required: confirm your email address to start.
What if I need more than 10,000 companies a month?
Ask us for an Enterprise plan with the form on this page. Tell us how many companies you need and what you will use them for, and we will reply with a proposal.
