What it includes
- This type includes the activities of supplying workers to clients’ businesses for specific periods of time to temporarily replace or supplement the workforce of the client. In such an employment arrangement, the temporary employment agency or provider of human resources is the employer of the individual workers provided. However, the client is responsible for the supervision of the temporary personnel.
