The 25 largest capital raises in French-speaking Switzerland (last 12 months)

Companies in Romandie raised CHF 472 million in share capital over the past year. Vaud and Geneva account for most of the volume.

Across the six Romandie cantons, 333 companies increased their share capital in the past twelve months, for a total of CHF 472 million. The median increase is CHF 300,000, slightly above the national median of CHF 236,000.

Leclanché, the Vaud-based battery manufacturer, leads with a CHF 46.2 million increase in June 2026, bringing its capital to CHF 160 million. B&B Hotels Switzerland in Geneva follows with CHF 22.5 million in January, and VOé éole, a wind energy company in Vaud, raised CHF 21 million in December 2025.

Geneva accounts for the most increases (120), but Vaud takes a larger share of the total volume. The energy transition is visible in the data: wind and renewable energy companies (VOé éole, ecoenergy Valais) appear alongside tech firms (MindMaze Therapeutics, Harmattan AI) and real estate vehicles.
