A single capital increase can mean many things. Two or more in twelve months almost always mean active investment. 75 Swiss companies registered at least two increases since August 2025.
Four companies raised capital four times each. ProvaInvest in St. Gallen leads with CHF 20.6 million across four rounds. Alentis Therapeutics in Basel-Landschaft completed four raises totalling CHF 3.8 million. At the top by volume, Saxo Holding raised CHF 422 million across two rounds in Basel.
