72 companies increased their share capital two or more times in the past year. Repeat raises signal sustained investment.
A single capital increase can mean many things. Two or more in twelve months narrows the field: a repeated raise is harder to explain as a restructuring formality. 72 Swiss companies registered at least two increases since September 2025.
ProvaInvest in St. Gallen leads with CHF 20.6 million across four rounds. ALLIED CAPITAL HOLDING in Ticino also registered four, totalling CHF 4.3 million. At the top by volume, Saxo Holding raised CHF 422 million across two rounds in Basel.
