Watch a list for changes
Put a list of companies under monitoring and get told when something happens on it, by email or through a feed.
A watch is a set of companies you already care about, kept under observation. Prospex reads the commercial register, the press, job boards and company websites every day, and a watch is the standing question "tell me when something happens at these".
Open Connect from the Watch workspace to get revocable JSON and CSV URLs. The same stream also appears in the browser and can arrive by email.
1. Choose where the companies come from
Five sources, at prospex.ch/app/watch/new/:

A CSV or a HubSpot import goes through matching before it becomes a watch. The review step is where you keep or drop each match.
2. Choose what counts as news
Events are grouped into five topics, and a watch reports the ones you keep: company structure, leadership, products and positioning, growth and finance, and company news. Turning off a topic is how a watch on your fifty accounts stops telling you about their job postings while still telling you about their capital increases.
A watch also takes a baseline when monitoring starts. Everything older than that moment is history you can read on the page.
3. Choose how you hear about it
- The Monday digest. One email a week, with a section per watch. On by default.
- Instant alerts. An email soon after an event lands, on the topics you name for that watch. Off by default, behind a master switch in your notification settings, and with at least 3 hours between alerts.
- Pausing. Stops both emails. Membership and history are kept.
4. Get the rows out
The Watch feed reference covers the session-free JSON and CSV URLs. Both resolve the Watch's current companies and selected topics whenever they are read.
The workspace also has a signed-in export that honours the filters applied on the page:

One row per event rather than per company, with the company's registry facts repeated on each. It needs a signed-in browser session, and its rows count against the same daily budget as the feeds: 5,000 per account per day, refused with a 429 once spent.
